It’s been 18 months since Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May’s departure from Top Gear and the BBC, one of the biggest stories in 2015 for the automotive world. We’ve got a little over a month before the trio’s new Amazon show, The Grand Tour, premieres November 18th, but today, we have the first trailer of their new TV adventure.
“The Grand Tour: doesn’t look like a radical departure from Top Gear, yet the focus is more on road trips and the experience that comes with it. The trailer provides everything you’d expect from the famous trio: supercars, broken-down used cars, bickering and May’s omnipresent blue flowered shirt. There’s clips of a comparison test between the LaFerrari, McLaren P1, and Porsche 918, an Alfa Romeo 4C Spider in Egypt, an Aston Martin DB11, and a Dodge Challenger Hellcat.
Amazon will debut the first episode on Nov. 18 with 11 more to follow each Friday. The new show will be made exclusive to customers of Amazon Prime.
